The CCS Forum is a dedicated, one-day conference examining pipeline infrastructure in the UK for carbon capture and storage.
UKOPA’s role in promoting best practise and coordinating safety, regulation, and strategic planning for the UK’s pipeline infrastructure aligns closely with the focus of this event.
The programme is built around the engineering, regulatory, commercial and integrity challenges facing those designing, constructing and operating CO₂ transport networks within the UK.
CCS Forum delegates will also benefit from a mid-morning session – co-located with World Cement’s EnviroTech 2026 – on Peak Cluster, the world’s largest cement decarbonisation project. We believe that the convergence of cement and pipeline experts in one room for this session will offer a unique opportunity for cross-sector collaboration.
Speakers include: National Gas, United Infrastructure, CCSA, DNV, Peak Cluster, NECCUS, Petrofac, Wood, Peritus International, Penspen, Holcim, Heidelberg Materials, and more.
UKOPA Board member Simon Joyce [Future of Energy Principal Engineer at SGN], will sit on the ‘Visionaries of CCS’ panel discussion.
